Christmas came early at the oncology ward at the childrens hospital for wales.
More than £1,000 worth of toys were delivered to the children by Miss Universe Great Britain 2012, Holly Hale, who is a student of psychology at Cardiff University.
All the toys were purchased with money raised by the finalists of the 2012 Miss Universe Great Britain competition on behalf of Strongbones.
This delivery of toys was Holly’s final official duty before jetting off to the Miss Universe final in Las Vegas this weekend. This fundraising is part of the competitions NOT IN VAIN campaign, which aims to empower young women and encourage them to make a difference through helping good causes.
