Sixty families took over the entire Hamleys toy shop in London during May of this year for a magical pirates and princesses’ party hosted by Strongbones. Families travelled from as far as Ireland, Liverpool and Bolton to celebrate the bravery and inspirational strength of their children. We hired the entire shop to ourselves for the morning and Hamleys provided entertainment for all the families. We had face painters, clowns, caricaturists, a magician, party food, balloon modellers, and two giant Strongbones cakes. The children were treated to a red carpet arrival where team Strongbones and some very special mascots were awaiting them. The theme of the party was pirates and princesses and all the children came along dressed up for the occasion. The families had a wonderful time meeting each other, we can’t wait for the next one.
