We would like to thank the NFDC London & Southern Region team for their amazing efforts in the Virgin London Marathon 2011. We were contacted to be told some of the team would be running for Strongbones, and were totally overwhelmed as we watched their just giving page thermometer climb to an incredible £6,585 for us.
Every year the NFDC team run a gruelling 26 mile course for deserving charities, raising vitally needed funds for smaller local charities close to their hearts, where the funds can really make a difference. We would like to commend the entire Southern Region team for all their charitable efforts, their generosity and determination to help those less fortunate than themselves never deems to amaze us.
Once again a huge thank you to the team and a special thanks to Dan Nolan and Alana Bray for running the course for us, and raising such a fantastic sum of money.
