We are pleased to announce we recently purchased twenty Promove Slings, which is another moving and handling solution for children with severe orthopaedic conditions and those with complex needs, who weigh less and do not require a mobile hoist. For safety reasons they require a handheld moving solution to ensure they are lifted with the correct posture to protect a compromised muscular skeletal system and be able to transfer the child without holding onto parts of their anatomy. This equipment will also ensure they are lifted with dignity and protect damage and strain to their carers backs and joints.
