During August six teams made up of strongbones families attended the SuperHero Tri in Windsor as an official charity friend of the event. Families took part in swimming, sprint/wheel/bike ride, and our youth ambassadors’ team even come first. The superhero tri is the first inclusive triathlon of its kind. It was a beautiful day with a fabulous community spirit and we cannot wait to return next year with an army of families .
